 Store Orders (Standard delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from time shipped. See individual product pages for exceptions. Sorry, we are currently not able to ship to FPO addresses, PO boxes or any International addresses. The shipping charge for store orders will be determined by a FedEx rate we have programmed into our shopping cart system.

We offer FREE Shipping for orders of $150 or more. Only to addresses in the Continental United Staes! Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. All International orders will have to be processed by our call center at 888-505-4439.

Order Status

To check the status of your Store Orders, click Your Account from any page and then click Check Order Status. You'll know your order is being processed when a Pending appears by the order number. Processed status appears when the order has been sent to you. In addition, you will receive an email confirming shipment of your order(s). If your order is out of stock, we will not issue a back order.

From the Check Order Status page, you can,

View the details of your Store order by clicking See Details under the order number. You may also read the Product Details of each product in your order.

We make every effort to complete your order as you requested it. If a product you requested is temporarily out of stock at the time of order processing, we will not create a back order. We reserve the right to ship in containers of our own choice. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Return Policy

1. Bring the product and the invoice to South Pacific Trading Company within 60 days of the date on the invoice for immediate credit to your credit card account. Taxes will be refunded at your local rate. Items returned without an invoice are subject to the approval of store management and will be refunded with store credit.

2. Mail the product in the original packaging to our return center with the label provided. Include the invoice with the product. On the invoice, circle the items(s) you are returning. We will notify you via email when we have received and processed the returned product(s).

South Pacific Trading Company Brand Guarantee: Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on all South Pacific Trading Company-brand products! If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion and we will refund the full price.
