Order Status
To check the status of your Store Orders, click Your Account from any page and then click Check Order Status. You'll know your order is being processed when a Pending appears by the order number. Processed status appears when the order has been sent to you. In addition, you will receive an email confirming shipment of your order(s). If your order is out of stock, we will not issue a back order.

Return Policy
1. Bring the product and the invoice to South Pacific Trading Company within 60 days of the date on the invoice for immediate credit to your credit card account. Taxes will be refunded at your local rate. Items returned without an invoice are subject to the approval of store management and will be refunded with store credit.
2. Mail the product in the original packaging to our return center with the label provided. Include the invoice with the product. On the invoice, circle the items(s) you are returning. We will notify you via email when we have received and processed the returned product(s).
